Feedback process
SSP Telecom has implemented a feedback process that complies with current legislation. People living with a disability, as well as the groups and organizations representing them, can comment on the barriers they face via the “accessibility” page of our website. François Bourassa, President, is responsible for receiving feedback. Those wishing to send us their comments can use the following communication channels:

The information and comments shared during the call will be documented during the conversation, which will serve as an acknowledgement of your comments. If you wish, we can ask to receive a confirmation by e-mail. - Online form (anonymous or not):
Fill out the feedback form available at the bottom of this page. You can choose to remain anonymous or provide your contact details. A confirmation will appear in your browser indicating that we have received your feedback.
We are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal information and the content of comments received as part of our feedback process. These elements will be used exclusively to improve our organization’s accessibility plan.
